1. Scope of Services
Holistic and Balance Clinic offers a range of holistic and complementary therapies, including but not limited to:
- Acupuncture

-Cupping

- MOXA (Moxibustion Therapy)
- Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)
- Biofield Tuning
- Reiki

• These therapies are intended to support overall well-being and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis.

• The client understands that HolisticBalanceClinic may refuse to undertake treatment or provide services should this be contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of either the client or therapist.

2. Consultation and Client Responsibility

• Initial Consultation: A consultation will be conducted with the client and you will be required to provide appropriate health information to help us determine the appropriateness of our treatments for your needs. 

• Accuracy of Information: You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, or other relevant information before receiving any treatment. Failure to do so may affect the safety and effectiveness of the services provided. 

• Ongoing Communication: It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes in your health or well-being during the course of your treatment.

3. Nature of Holistic Treatments

• Our treatments are non-invasive and designed to promote relaxation, balance, and energy flow.

• Results vary between individuals, and no guarantees of specific outcomes are made.

• Services are complementary and should not replace advice, treatment, or care from a licensed medical professional. If you have serious or ongoing medical issues, consult your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider.

• Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is entirely natural and safe experience.  Deep hypnosis is achieved to regress clients back to past life/lives to help discover the cause of issues in their life today and gain understanding of where beliefs/patterns/behaviors/dis-ease originated.
   

Holistic Balance Clinic does not offer any guarantee of success. The client must want to change, be open and motivated to heal and be willing to participate fully in their session.

QHHT® is not a replacement for traditional therapy or treatment provided by a psychologist or psychiatrist. If you are epileptic or suffer from a psychotic illness, including multiple personality disorder or bipolar disorder, it is not recommended that you undergo hypnotherapy.However in some cases it is possible to do so via surrogate session.Please contact us for further information at info@holisticbalanceclinic.com

By booking your QHHT session, you give full permission to the therapist from Holistic Balance Clinic  to hypnotise you and to use the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique with the knowledge that you do so at your own risk. You accept that Holistic Balance Clinic does not guarantee any results.  You release Holistic Balance Clinic/Jenny Jeleva from any liability or claims concerning your mental and/or physical wellbeing during or following the treatment that has been outlined.

​By booking your QHHT session with Jenny Jeleva you, as the client, acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age, your session will be approximately 4 hours and will be conducted "in person" only.

4. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed treatments. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

5. Payment Terms
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Some services require a deposit. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
Package purchases are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled for another time period, with prior approval.
