A Quantum Healing Hypnosis Experience
There are moments in Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions that feel less like memories and more like remembrances of the soul. This journey was one of them.
It began in warmth.
A young woman lay barefoot in the grass beneath a bright yellow sun, wearing a flowing white dress. The air was peaceful, the countryside quiet. No responsibilities. No urgency. Just being. She felt young, healthy, free. Long black hair fell around her shoulders as she gazed at the sky, comforted by stillness.
This sense of simplicity became a thread that ran through the entire session.
The Village Life
The scene gently shifted to a small village—beige houses, dusty paths, soft light glowing from inside. As awareness deepened, she realised she was no longer an adult, but a small girl, perhaps five or six years old.
Inside a modest home with pebble-tiled floors and a fireplace, she hid under a large wooden table. An older woman called her to eat, but the child didn’t want to. There was no clear reason—just a quiet resistance, a feeling that needed no explanation. Under the table, holding a small white flower with a yellow centre, she felt safe.
That flower became symbolic:a quiet joy, held close, even when the world asked for something else.
Her mother appeared later—seen mostly from behind, busy in the kitchen, gentle, present. The child watched her with a soft smile. There were no dramatic moments here, just ordinary love, calm and unspoken.
Outside, she wandered alone through fields and gardens, leaning against a large, ancient tree near her home. She didn’t need company. She was content simply to exist.
Love, Marriage, and Completion
Time moved forward to another important day.
There was music, laughter, and dancing in an open field. She was a young woman now, smiling, joyful. It was her wedding. A simple village celebration. Her husband stood beside her—tall, slim, kind. There was no extravagance, only shared happiness.
Later still, she saw herself at the end of that lifetime. Elderly. Thin. Grey-haired. Surrounded by loved ones who were crying as she struggled to breathe. Observing from a higher perspective, she understood:
The lesson of that life was to love.To love family. To love others. To be kind. To connect.A simple life. A fulfilled one.
Becoming Light
Beyond that lifetime, form dissolved.
She became light—a small, golden orb floating peacefully in darkness. There was no body, no effort, no thinking. Just gentle movement. Stillness. Freedom.
A wise, comforting presence appeared—an elder, not physical, asking softly:“What would you like to do now?”
Her answer surprised her conscious mind:“I want to study.”
She chose not to return to Earth immediately. Instead, she entered a vast, living structure—a place of learning beyond time. A spiritual library, filled with beings of light studying quietly, deeply. There was no pressure, only curiosity and expansion.
Choosing This Life
Later, she found herself in a council—higher beings discussing her next incarnation. Together, they planned a challenging life: one requiring strength, independence, and emotional resilience. A life where love would not be freely given in childhood, but had to be found within.
She agreed.
Not because it would be easy—but because she was strong enough.
They promised they would never leave her.
Healing and Understanding
When the subconscious came forward, it explained why this particular past life was shown:to allow her to experience being a loved child—something missing in her current life.
The session brought clarity around family dynamics, fear, independence, and self-worth. It affirmed that her current path—yoga, spiritual practice, conscious living—was aligned with her soul’s purpose. Healing was taking place, both physically and emotionally, supported by guidance beyond the conscious mind.
She was reminded:
She is not here to create more karma through relationships.
She is here to grow inwardly, to expand consciousness.
She is supported, guided, and deeply loved—even when it doesn’t feel that way on Earth.
The Thread That Connects Everything
At its core, this journey was about connection:
Connection to love
Connection to inner strength
Connection to the self beyond roles, families, and lifetimes
Sometimes healing doesn’t come from fixing—but from remembering.
And sometimes, the soul shows us exactly what we need, wrapped in the quiet image of a child under a table, holding a flower, safe at last.
