“I Was One of the Stars” – A QHHT Session That Changed the Way I Think About Consciousness

“I wasn’t looking at the light… I was the light.”

Every QHHT session unfolds differently.

Sometimes clients revisit childhood memories. Sometimes they explore symbolic landscapes. Occasionally, a session becomes something far more profound—an experience that is difficult to explain with ordinary language.

Recently, one client described leaving the physical world completely. There was no body, no identity, no earthly concerns.

Only light.

As the session unfolded, she didn’t describe travelling towards the light.

She described becoming it.

“I am one of the stars.”

What happened next surprised us both.

The client perceived herself among countless stars, looking back at Earth from what she described as a place of immense peace and expanded awareness.

She wasn’t judging humanity.

She was grieving for it.

Repeatedly she expressed overwhelming compassion, saying she could feel humanity’s suffering as if it were her own.

One sentence stood out above everything else:

“Humans are so special… they just don’t know who they are.”

According to her experience, every human being carries enormous potential that often remains hidden beneath fear, trauma and self-doubt.

Whether this represents spiritual reality, subconscious symbolism or the mind’s extraordinary ability to create meaningful metaphors is for each reader to decide.

What mattered was the emotional truth of the experience.

The Earth looked beautiful…

…but the people looked lost.

The client described Earth as breathtakingly beautiful from this perspective.

Yet alongside that beauty she sensed immense sadness.

Not because humanity is evil.

But because humanity has forgotten its connection with itself.

She repeatedly spoke about people becoming trapped by fear, separation and emotional pain instead of recognising their deeper connection with one another.

The message that kept returning was surprisingly simple:

“We are one.”

The “Light Workers”

Another fascinating aspect of the session was the description of what she perceived as people who naturally radiate love.

She described them as ordinary people who quietly influence others simply through their presence.

According to her experience, these individuals don’t necessarily need to preach, persuade or convince anyone.

They simply live from the heart.

Their presence itself becomes healing.

One particularly beautiful image emerged:

She described them as anchors of light, connected across the Earth like invisible points in a vast energetic network.

Whether interpreted spiritually or symbolically, it paints a powerful picture of how kindness and compassion can ripple far beyond what we realise.

The Most Unexpected Part

Perhaps the most moving part of the session came when the client revisited her own birth.

Instead of remembering joy, she described a profound sense of reluctance.

She didn’t want to leave what she experienced as “home.”

She remembered the density of physical life feeling incredibly heavy compared to the freedom of existing as light.

Yet despite that reluctance, one message remained constant:

“I need to be here.”

That sentence carried enormous emotion.

Not because life would be easy.

But because it had purpose.

Whether You Take It Literally…

One of the beautiful things about QHHT is that it doesn’t require belief.

Some people view these experiences as communication with the Higher Self.

Others see them as symbolic stories created by the subconscious.

Others simply appreciate the healing insights they bring.

For me as a practitioner, the question is less “Did this literally happen?”

The more important question is:

“Did this experience help the client heal?”

In this case, the answer was undoubtedly yes.

The session helped her release fear, trust herself more deeply and reconnect with an inner sense of purpose that had been hidden beneath years of doubt.

And perhaps that is the greatest gift of all.
