By Louis – A Story of Healing and Understanding Through Hypnosis
Have you ever wondered what your soul remembers? What truths lie buried in the quiet corners of your subconscious, waiting to be seen and heard?
Recently, I underwent a past life regression session, a powerful form of hypnotherapy that dives deep into the soul’s memory. What I discovered was a story that felt more real than a dream and more healing than any therapy I’ve known.
The Man in the Storm
It began in the middle of a vast ocean. I wasn’t swimming, nor was I aboard a ship—I was floating, surrounded by dark, churning water. I could hear crying in the distance. It was a young girl. Her name was Hannah.
The storm had destroyed our ship. Everyone else had drowned. Only she and I had survived, suspended on something that felt more like energy than a raft. But that energy wasn’t helping me—it felt like it was holding me back, punishing me.
I eventually reached her. Wrapped her in a blanket. We floated to safety—or what looked like a deserted shipping port. That’s where our journey together truly began.
Raising Hannah
I somehow knew Hannah. Not just from this storm, but from somewhere deeper. She didn’t know me yet—but I was destined to raise her.
Years passed. I watched her graduate, joyful and proud. I had become a guardian, a silent protector who had kept her alive and safe. We shared years together, eventually living a quiet life on a farm.
But things changed. She grew restless. Angry. One day, she drove away, wanting more than the life we had. I wanted her to stay, but I knew I had to let her go.
The Final Day
On the last day of that lifetime, I was lying in a hospital bed. Old, unable to speak. And there she was—Hannah—crying, telling me she was sorry for leaving. But I couldn’t respond. My body had failed me, and the words in my heart remained trapped inside.
I had spent a lifetime loving and protecting someone who may never have known the depth of my care. But even in silence, I felt peace. Because I knew I had done what I was meant to do.
Lessons from the Other Side
In the final moments of the regression, I connected with my subconscious. It had so much wisdom to share:
About love: That sometimes, the love we give isn't returned the way we hope—but that doesn’t make it any less meaningful.
About forgiveness: That I had to forgive myself for the things I didn’t say or do in time.
About purpose: That raising Hannah was not a coincidence, but a soul contract—one I fulfilled, even if imperfectly.
I also received guidance about this life. On my relationship with food, my passion for art, my connection to plants(turns out, I was a succulent in a past life!), and even warnings about people and paths that may not serve me.
What I Take With Me
This session left me with a new level of clarity. It helped me understand that emotions, relationships, and choices ripple across lifetimes. And while some connections fade, others are eternal—woven through our stories again and again.
If you’re ever curious about your past lives or feel unexplained ties to people, places, or fears—maybe it’s time to explore. You might not just discover who you were… you might find out who you truly are.
To those floating in their own storms: you’re not lost. You’re just remembering.
